1. Agreement to Terms / 条款接受

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linyi Eyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (临沂饿鱼网络科技有限公司, "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications (including iOS applications published on Apple App Store), and software solutions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights / 知识产权归属

Unless otherwise indicated, all code, user interface designs, visual trademarks, brand logos, and proprietary algorithms developed by us are the exclusive property of Linyi Eyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct / 合规使用与禁止行为

Users agree to use our software solely for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from our binary distributions, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or network availability of our cloud servers or APIs.
• Use our software for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent activities.

4. Apple Media Services End User License / 苹果开发者分发合规

For any mobile application distributed via the Apple App Store, these Terms supplement the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict, the more restrictive standard of user privacy protection and data rights shall apply.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability / 免责声明与责任限制

Our software and digital services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linyi Eyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.

6. Governing Law & Contact / 适用法律与争议解决

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably, or submitted to the competent people's court having jurisdiction in Linyi City, Shandong Province.
